pain of trees
A series of 12 hand sewn punching bags, each of which show an image of a male in the process of getting dressed into a suit and tie. The figure begins naked and ends up fully clothed. Viewers are permitted (indeed encouraged) to interact with the work.
On the walls of the gallery are a series of 81 wood discs with detailed photo documentation of a male body juxtaposed with equally detailed images of my 1974 GI Joe Air Adventurer figure (with Kung Fu Grip).
